The article focuses on the issue of preserving personal data when using electronic document management in the activities of law enforcement agencies. The author analyzes the risks of information security hazards associated with the use of electronic documents transmitted through communication systems. The article also examines the cases of personal data leaks and proposes measures to prevent them. Additionally, the article describes the process of assessing software vulnerabilities and their classification, as well as highlights the main areas and methods of protecting personal data.
