Abstract:
The article argues for the high latency of attacks related to the illegal placement of individuals in psychiatric hospitals; emphasizes the problems of the subjects of investigation at the preliminary stage of the investigation of these attacks; notes the importance of algorithmization of the investigation; identifies and characterizes typical investigative situations of the preliminary stage of the investigation of the analyzed crimes, substantiates programs for their resolution.
