Abstract:
The article examines the causes, consequences and existing legislative measures to combat dangerous driving. Statistical data are also analyzed, factors contributing to aggressive and reckless behavior on the roads are identified, problems and features of the legal interpretation of this type of offenses are identified, and comprehensive solutions are proposed. The correct interpretation of the concept of dangerous driving on highways will allow for the application of response measures in case of violation of traffic rules for hooligan motives. Timely prevention of the offenses under consideration will avoid the occurrence of socially dangerous consequences
