The article examines the process of bringing management companies to administrative responsibility for managing apartment buildings under significant restrictions related to the counter-terrorism operation in several regions of Russia. The article aims to identify key aspects that require attention in order to improve the enforcement practice in the field of administrative law. The author summarizes the existing legal framework in this area, analyzes the current enforcement practice in the Bryansk region,and proposes solutions to the existing gaps in this area. The article emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach that combines the efforts of regulatory authorities.
