The article examines the issue of obtaining and verifying computer information posted on sites to which Roskomnadzor has restricted access. The author concludes that the subjects of the legislative initiative did not pay due attention to the sites on which illegal information is posted, in terms of establishing and holding accountable the users who posted it. In this regard, some theoretical and legislative ways are proposed to identify users involved in the placement of illegal content.
