The article is devoted to the consideration of individual problems of the conceptual apparatus, the relationship and implementation of criminal procedural functions. The article provides a general description of the concept and types of criminal procedural functions; characteristics of specific criminal procedural functions that are of paramount importance for the development of effective and fair justice. A comprehensive analysis of individual functions is carried out, their essence is revealed, and the relationship between the system of criminal procedural functions is analyzed. The object of consideration is also thesocial relations that arise during the implementation of specific functions in criminal proceedings.
