The problem of illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances concerns not only individual States, but also the entire world community, and the fight against this social evil, including by operational investigative means, should also be carried out at the international level. The requirements of national security dictate the need to form the fundamental directions of the country's anti-drug policy in the interests of ensuring its security and stable development, aimed at organizing the practical activities of the state in the field of drug trafficking and their precursors, as well as countering their illicit trafficking.
