The article discusses artificial intelligence technologies from the standpoint of their introduction into the practice of judicial proceedings on the interaction of courts with subjects of operational investigative activities. A number of theoretical and practical problems have been identified that need to be resolved in the study of these issues regarding the study by courts of materials for conducting covert operational search activities. The author suggests ways to improve this process in the desired area of public relations. The inevitability of their introduction into the activities of the subjects of operational investigative activities and judicial bodies is substantiated, as well as the need to use artificial intelligence in order to rationalize labor, speed and objectivity of decisions made by the court, identify hidden connections in the processed information, eliminate errors of the "human factor".
