На основе изучения опыта практической деятельности территориальных подразделений НЦБ Интерпола рассмотрен вопрос о роли указанных подразделений в предупреждении преступлений. Проведён анализ норм, регулирующих процесс правоприменения и компетенцию подразделений НЦБ Интерпола. Определено место указанных подразделений одновременно в двух правовых системах: международной и национальной. Выявлены несоответствия норм правоприменения в деятельности подразделений НЦБ Интерпола. Сформулированы предложения по устранению противоречий и повышению эффективности работы указанных подразделений.
Based on the study of the practical experience of the territorial divisions of the Interpol NCB, the article considers the issue of the role of these divisions in crime prevention. The article conducts the analysis of the rules governing the law enforcement process and the competence of the Interpol NCB divisions. It determines the place of these divisions simultaneously in two legal: international and national. The article also reveals discrepancies in the law enforcement standards in the activities of the Interpol NCB divisions. Proposals are formulated to eliminate contradictions and improve the efficiency of these divisions
