Статья посвящена исследованию мотивации лица, совершающего преступление террористической направленности. Рассматривается понятие мотива с правовой точки зрения как элемента типологии личности террориста. Подчеркивается, что знание мотивации указанного лица в рамках данной работы будет способствовать составлению значимой типологии лиц, склонных к проявлению актов террористического поведения. Авторами подвергается анализу мотивация личности на совершение террористического акта; особое внимание уделено трем группам факторов, влияющих на неё: социально-экономическим, политическим и идеологическим. Также отмечается, что определение причин и условий, детерминант такого преступного поведения будут способствовать своевременному установлению лиц, подготавливающих преступления террористической направленности, на самых ранних стадиях проявления мотивации, а также характерных черт личности террориста.
The article is devoted to the study of the motivation of a person who commits a terrorist crime. The concept of a motive is considered from a legal point of view as an element of the typology of a terrorist's personality. It is emphasized that the knowledge of the motivation of the specified person in the framework of this work will contribute to the compilation of a significant typology of persons prone to the manifestation of acts of terrorist behavior. The authors analyze the motivation of a person to commit a terrorist act; special attention is paid to three groups of factors influencing it: socio economic, political and ideological. It is also noted that the determination of the causes and conditions, the determinants of such criminal behavior will contribute to the timely identification of persons preparing crimes of a terrorist orientation, at the earliest stages of manifestation of motivation, as well as the characteristic features of a terrorist's personality.
